Normally the person who received the service should do this.Both you and the person you exchanged with will get an e-mail “receipt” for the exchange.Just type “Unity in our Community TimeBank” If you were volunteering for an organization or event that does not have a TimeBank account you can take your hours directly from the TimeBank.Start to type the name of the member you exchanged with, their name should appear below on the drop down menu where you can select it.“To/from how many members” will usually be 1, unless it was a group activity.Pick the date the exchange happened (doesn’t have to be the exact date if you’re unsure, you can also just log a bunch of hours together on a monthly basis).Use the drop down menu to indicate if you Provided or Received the service (usually the person providing the service logs the hours, but you can work it out with whoever you did the exchange with).Click on “Hours” at the top of any page.
